Story
Ruben Corrales — Founder & Owner
Ruben founded CTI Express in 2023 after seeing how hard it was to find direct, dependable and direct passenger transportation between Phoenix and NV/CA in the years following the pandemic. What began as a single route has grown into scheduled interstate shuttle service connecting Phoenix with Las Vegas, San Diego, and Los Angeles. As a hands-on owner, Ruben works closely with our team overseeing day-to-day operations from the company's base — from driver hiring and safety to routing and customer care — with a simple standard: every trip should be on time, comfortable, and worth booking again.
